Chloe Morris
Chloe, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, has worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years. She has specialised in supporting individuals with long-term health conditions, empowering clients to align more closely with their values, work towards acceptance and discover new ways of coping. More recently, Chloe has worked in a specialist Eating Disorders service. She adopts a compassionate and validating approach to help clients consider what change can mean for them and to develop new relationships with food and body image. Chloe is a strong believer in the wisdom of the body and that physical and mental wellbeing are intrinsically linked.
Sabrina Chorafa, Registered Dietitian
Sabrina, a Registered Dietitian specialising in mental health, brings extensive experience in eating disorder therapy. Through compassionate curiosity, Sabrina helps clients re-explore their relationship with food and body. With a deep interest in the human experience, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training in India, integrating a mind-body perspective into her practice.Passionate about understanding the human psyche and supporting others, she is also training in Integrative Psychotherapy. Drawing from these experiences, Sabrina takes a holistic, client-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are, honoring their whole self, and empowering their journey of self-unfolding. In this workshop, she will work alongside Chloe to help other professionals integrate psychological tools into dietetic practice for more effective and holistic care.
