PSYCHOTHERAPY & NUTRITION CLINIC
Where body and mind reconnect.
EXPERIENCED CLINICIANS
From the moment you reach out, you are supported by an experienced team of qualified therapists, psychologists and dietitians. We bring strong clinical expertise, but we hold it lightly, always putting you and your story first. Care is offered in our Belgravia clinic or online.
INTEGRATIVE APPROACH
We believe in the individuality and uniqueness of every person. Our work is grounded in psychodynamic thinking, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process of change. We integrate contemporary approaches such as Schema Therapy, CBT, EMDR and Mindfulness, and work in a relational and embodied way, offering care that is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs.
A SAFE SPACE
We hope to create a space where it feels safe to explore feelings and new ways of relating and being. A trusting environment where you can gradually open up and make sense of experiences that may feel painful or shameful. Our intention is for you to feel held, understood and cared for, allowing a greater sense of grounding and connection beyond the therapy room.

We often support people with:
-
Anorexia | Bulimia Nervosa | Binge Eating Disorder | ARFID | Other difficulties with eating, weight or control that affect health and daily life. This is our core clinical focus. We know how overwhelming these struggles can be and we are here to help you understand your experience, address what lies beneath it and develop a more trusting relationship with food and your body.
-
Trauma can leave deep emotional and physical marks. We use different therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, Narrative Exposure Therapy and Schema Therapy, to help you process your experiences and work through symptoms like flashbacks, panic, nightmares, guilt and shame. Our work supports the gradual restoration of safety and trust.
-
Difficulties with body image can deeply affect your self-esteem and mood. We are here to support you in restoring a healthier relationship with your body and how you see yourself.
-
Healthy, meaningful relationships are strongly linked to our overall wellbeing, yet difficulties within them can cause significant emotional pain. We support individuals and couples in exploring communication patterns, attachment styles, trust, intimacy and boundaries. By understanding old relational dynamics, you can begin to build more authentic and fulfilling connections.
-
Persistent worry, psychosomatic symptoms, tension or sudden waves of fear can make daily life feel overwhelming and hard to navigate. We offer support to help you understand anxiety and how to regulate your nervous system.
-
Depression can create a downward spiral of low mood, guilt, loneliness, and a sense of failure, making everyday life feel overwhelming. We’re here to help you break this cycle, feel less alone and begin moving toward meaningful change.
-
Feeling overwhelmed or exhausted can leave you running on empty. We’re here to help you understand your needs, set healthy boundaries and regain a sense of balance.
-
Humans are habitual beings. When an unhelpful habit gradually turns into an addiction, it can feel as though you are losing control of your life. Tackling addiction is not easy nor a linear process. Feelings of hopelessness, ambivalence and low motivation are normal. Yet recovery becomes possible when you feel supported, understood and encouraged to make small, meaningful changes. We support people in working with patterns such as substance use, gambling, gaming, sex, pornography addiction and self-harm.
-
We understand that the body carries its own stories, sometimes long before words are available and that the gut often holds what the mind can’t. Through specialist dietetic and nutrition support, we help you understand your symptoms, rebuild trust with food and gently ease concerns such as bloating, digestive pain and IBS-related discomfort. Our approach is evidence-based and compassionate, supporting you to feel calmer, more nourished and more settled in your body.
When life feels heavy
Life is constantly changing and pain is part of being human. Reaching out for support when you feel vulnerable is not only safe, it is a powerful step towards healing. This is a gradual process of unfolding and the truths we uncover along the way may bring moments of pain before opening into a wider sense of freedom.
Your Story
Your story is unique and shaped by everything you have lived through. Memories and experiences can influence how we manage difficult moments, the patterns we fall into and how we connect with ourselves and others..
A Space to be heard
We listen deeply, without judgment and hold space for all parts of You; even those that carry shame and pain. We walk alongside you as you begin to explore and grow curious about yourself.
