AGLAIA SABRINA CHORAFA
Director of IPIONY
Sabrina is the Founder of IPIONY and a Senior HCPC-registered Dietitian specialising in eating disorders and the complex relationship between gut and mental health. She has worked across public and private inpatient and outpatient services for adults and young people, including Cygnet, ORRI and CNWL’s Vincent Square Eating Disorder NHS Service. For the past several years, she has led the Outpatient Team at St Ann’s Eating Disorder NHS Service, managing a large multidisciplinary team supporting adults with complex and high-risk eating disorders.
Sabrina is also a Trainee Psychotherapist and volunteers at LAPIS (London Accessibility Psychotherapy & Inclusive Supervision), a charity that offers long-term therapy to people living with disabilities and long-term health conditions, as well as to their families and carers. She is more interested in understanding distress rather than trying to fix it. She sees difficult feelings and repeating patterns as trying to “voice” something important from within, often shaped by earlier experiences. By staying with these experiences, rather than rushing to change them, space opens up for meaning, insight, and a deeper connection with the self and with others.
Sabrina offers specialist dietetic and eating disorder support at IPIONY and currently holds a therapy waiting list. Please get in touch to enquire.
