Sabrina is a Registered Dietitian accredited by the HCPC specialising in mental health and eating disorders therapy. She invites you to re-explore your relationship with food and body through compassionate curiosity. With extensive experience in both the NHS and private practice, she currently serves as a Team Lead at North London NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing one of the largest Eating Disorder services in the UK and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
Her deep interest in the human experience led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, integrating a mind-body perspective into her practice. Driven by a passion for understanding the human psyche, she is also training in integrative psychotherapy, further enriching her approach. Sabrina’s integrative philosophy meets each person where they are, honoring their whole self and empowering them on their journey of self-unfolding.

Dr. Anastasia Sgoumpopoulou is a Senior Counselling Psychologist accredited by the HCPC, with extensive expertise in trauma, addictions, and anxiety-related disorders. She adopts an integrative therapeutic approach, incorporating schema therapy and mind-body techniques to provide tailored interventions that address the unique needs of each individual.
With a deep commitment to psychological healing and personal transformation, Anastasia combines compassionate, empathetic, yet direct therapeutic guidance to help clients break free from unhelpful patterns, process deep-rooted trauma, and foster meaningful, lasting change.
